CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All order changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after the order was placed and need our approval. Since some orders may ship on the same day, we suggest that you contact us as soon as possible. It is best to send us your request by filling out the form in our Contact Us page. If you would prefer to change or cancel your order by phone, you must leave us your name, order number, phone number, and the reason for your call if we missed your call.
For your kind understanding, in order to ship our customer's order within our advertised time window, we have to start processing the order as soon as it is placed. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, you may request to return it once it arrives. If in any case the order is rejected and returned to us without prior authorization, our customer will be charged the shipping costs for both directions plus any associated customs duties and brokerage fees (this applies only to international orders). If the product is not returnable, we may not refund any payment.
Note that changes or cancellations will not be allowed for Special/Custom orders. Special/Custom orders may not be returned.
