CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All order changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after the order was placed and are subject to our approval. Since some orders may ship on the same day, we suggest that you contact us as soon as possible. It is best to send us your request by filling out the form in our Contact Us page. If you would prefer to change or cancel your order by phone, you must leave us your name, order number, phone number, and the reason for your call if we missed your call.
If we receive your request within 24 hours and if your order has not been processed and/or shipped, we will approve your request and free you of any financial responsibilities. If your request is received after we have shipped your order, you may request to return it. Visit our Returns Page for information.
Any requests to change or cancel a Special Order will not be approved if your order is already in process.
If delivery of an order that we shipped would be refused without our approval, you will be charged the shipping cost for both directions plus any associated customs duties and brokerage fees (this applies only to international orders).
