FREE Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, shipping is free to any of the 48 contiguous states of USA.


For FREE Shipping to the 48 contiguous states, we use standard Ground Shipping service by default. You may choose an Expedited Shipping service for a fee.

Note that we use the US Postal Service Ground Advantage Service for the majority of our shipments as they offer us the best prices and most reliable service for our products. If the US post office cannot deliver packages to your mailbox or door, you must contact us before placing your order. If not, you may leave us a note with your order or contact us immediately after. This will help avoid delivery issues and delay in your order.

Unless it is necessary, we will not require signature for your package delivery. If you would like the delivery to be signed, let us know at the time of your order or ASAP. In any case, try your best to be present at the time of delivery in order to avoid problems.

We recommend that you take advantage of the UPS My Choice® and similar offerings by FedEx and USPS, if you wish to take full control the delivery of your package that will be coming from us or any other places. These services are for free.

If you wish for a more exact estimate on the delivery of your order, please contact us first before placing your order. 



We process orders on a timely basis after a cleared payment. We will contact you ASAP, if we have any questions related to your order.

Order processing time may vary per product. Please refer to the respective Product Page if we indicated any specific processing time.

Our normal processing time is 2 to 10 business days (may be longer around the holidays). If the product is not on our shelves, we may require up to 15 business days to ship. Note that during the present national crisis, procuring materials has been harder and takes longer than normal for many companies. Some of our suppliers and manufacturers are also experiencing staff shortage.

We process orders promptly and work diligently. We ship orders ASAP. and although we commonly beat our estimates, we prefer to surprise our customers in a good way.

We appreciate your kind understanding as we try our hardest to continue to deliver outstanding products and service during these challenging times.

You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is shipped and we have the tracking number, or if we have any important updates or question about your order.



Unfortunately, UPS and FedEx deliver only to street addresses. If you are not able to select Priority Mail service during online check out, or if you encountered any difficulties, please Contact SleepLikeaBear before placing your order.


We know that requiring a Delivery Signature can very inconvenient for most, and so, at our discretion, we would require it only if we deem it to be necessary. To request a Signature-Required delivery if you may not be home around your order arrival, or if it would be unsafe to leave any package at your door, Contact SleepLikeaBear before placing your order.

Remember that UPS and FedEx may return the package to the sender after two or three attempts. If we shipped your order to the address that was provided in your order, and if it gets returned for any reason, we reserve the right to reimburse any shipping costs.

We will not be responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
